I am slightly obsessed with this at this moment...


If you know French (I think that is what it is). Then when you click the following link, Blogotheque, you'll be able to really understand the bloggers intention. I, on the other hand, have not a clue what they are actually writing about but understand the concept behind their videos. It's basically, one-take uncut raw music videos. Some include raw materials, such as, bottles and spoons in place of their instruments. They shoot in random places and most recently it was the city of New York. Seeing the raw uncut versions of music in random settings, like not at a concert hall or on a pretentious music video...helps give you a true sense of what the musicians are feeling. You can see their passion. It's more like seeing a live show. The music videos these days are fairly filled with layers of fancy moves and over extended story telling. Why do that when you can just film a music video in NY in one take or where ever else they are?

I love how people on the Metro in this video (#87.1) are all drinking.
