Taking out the cooking utensils

In my attempt to take more pictures of food I have created a menu for the week. I am sure we won't stick to it but it goes a little like this:

  • Asparagus & Sun-dried Tomato Frittata (for dinner, yes!)
  • Olive, Tomato, Millet-stuffed Zucchini
  • Pasta w/olive oil, capers, and roasted peppers
  • Hummus with red pepper, pita and many other veggies
  • Tacos with spanish rice
  • Seitan-Portobello stroganoff
  • Brooklyn Pad Thai
