Well, let me see.....I just started running (or should i say, jogging-lightly). I will say this is the first day of journaling about it. I know, oh so interesting. There will be tiny posts about my experience. Hopes to keep me going. My goal is to run. 7.5 miles. I am pretty sure I can do it. I have been running 1 mile than 2 miles...trading off. Today I ran 1 mile. But I'll also be riding my bike about 5 miles. Training to get there. Running makes me feel so much better.
