CORN AND SCALLION Salad...thank you, martha
it's 102 degrees outside today. i woke up feeling not so good this morning but i was able to sleep in and that was good. i got to work today! and that is good because there is air conditioning there. i worked until five and then went to the store to pick up some last minute food for cooking up. because it is sooooooooooo hot i went with something easy. i made this de-lish corn and scallion salad with riblet sandwiches. so easy. and i also picked up some pie stuff, so i can bake a berry pie. we picked berries on saturday and we need to do something tasty with them. blueberries, marionberries and a couple of raspberries. yum!
